Turnaments & Competitions
Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. The sport also
provides a good upper and lower body workout by utilising both the legs
to run around the court and the arms and torso to swing the racquet. In
2003, Forbes rated squash as the number one healthiest sport to play.
The Club has 2-world class, air conditioned glass back squash courts
with a viewing gallery which have been recently refurbished and
upgraded. Trained and experienced markers and coaching facilities are
available through out the year.
